The following cards summarise the most important obligations and protections contained in this agreement. They are provided for convenience only — they do not replace or supersede the full text of each clause below. In the event of any conflict between a summary card and the full clause text, the full clause text prevails.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout this document and in all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the zg777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date on which you register your Account.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at any time while your Account is active.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of zg777 or any of its Game Providers.
• You have not previously had an Account on zg777 suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You understand and accept that real-money gambling involves risk, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.

zg777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold exactly one registered Account on the zg777 platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. zg777 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended and any balances held in those Accounts will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

When completing the registration form, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a unique email address not previously associated with a zg777 Account, and your date of birth. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or the personal information of any other individual when registering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. zg777 will not be liable for any loss, unauthorised access, or fraudulent activity resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Account registration is free of charge. zg777 does not levy a registration fee.
• You must select a strong password of at least eight characters incorporating a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified zg777 of a security breach and received written confirmation that your Account has been secured.
• zg777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 deducted from the Account Balance, up to the point at which the Balance reaches zero.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zg777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zg777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors outside zg777's direct control.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by zg777, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. zg777 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified Accounts. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal request can be approved. zg777 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• zg777 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your Account Balance if the request cannot be processed due to a technical error, failed verification, or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases where a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute is initiated by a Player through their payment provider, zg777 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately and pursue recovery of any resulting deficit.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• zg777 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used during the deposit phase of a Player's Account activity, except where the original deposit method is no longer available, in which case the Player must contact support to arrange an alternative verified method.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

zg777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Bangladesh Premier League fixtures. The specific terms, conditions, wagering requirements, and expiry dates applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions offered on the zg777 platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any unwagered Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• zg777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
• Players who attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple Accounts, or the systematic avoidance of risk while meeting wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance. When a withdrawal is requested, real-money Balance is disbursed first; Bonus Funds remain in the Account subject to ongoing wagering requirements.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. For example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as baccarat or blackjack may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

Responsible Gaming

zg777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The tools and policies described in this section are designed to support Player wellbeing and to ensure that gambling on zg777 remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial hardship or distress.

All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their Account settings, at no charge, at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum continuous play session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets. Your Account and Balance are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the zg777 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your Account is closed and you will not receive any marketing communications from zg777.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity to maintain awareness of your gambling behaviour.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zg777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance (including real-money funds where permitted by applicable law), and may result in civil or criminal referral to the relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, misleading, or third-party personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the platform's user interface.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from your Balance.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an advantage in any poker, table game, or other multiplayer format available on zg777.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the zg777 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back fraud, including initiating payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith after funds have been used to place wagers on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account, or to any part of the zg777 platform's administrative infrastructure.
• Publishing, distributing, or otherwise disseminating any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening toward zg777 staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

zg777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where operational or legal circumstances require immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a legal order, court injunction, or regulatory instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.
• The Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or permanent Account closure.
• Extended Account inactivity, as defined in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an Account is closed by zg777 for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, within 10 business days of the closure decision being finalised.

Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 — zg777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted under applicable law. The Player will be notified of the forfeiture decision and the reasons for it via their registered email address.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be disbursed to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 (BST). zg777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the zg777 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
